These Terms of Service govern the use of WingersTTV services and associated social media integrations.

Description of the Service

WingersTTV operates tools that assist with managing, scheduling and publishing social media content.

These tools may integrate with third-party platforms, including TikTok, using APIs and authentication mechanisms provided by those platforms.

Authorised Use

You may only connect social media accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.

You are responsible for ensuring that content submitted through WingersTTV complies with:

• applicable law;
• intellectual property rights;
• the terms and policies of the destination platform; and
• any applicable community or content rules.

TikTok Integration

The TikTok integration allows an authorised TikTok account to interact with WingersTTV's publishing tools.

Depending on the functionality authorised by TikTok, this may include uploading or publishing video or photo content and retrieving information necessary to operate the integration.

Use of TikTok is also subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service, policies and community guidelines.

User Content

You retain responsibility for content you choose to upload, schedule or publish using WingersTTV.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and publish any content submitted through the service.

WingersTTV does not claim ownership of your original content merely because it is processed through our systems.

Prohibited Use

The service must not be used to:

• publish unlawful content;
• infringe copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights;
• impersonate another individual or organisation;
• distribute malicious software;
• circumvent security or access controls;
• conduct unauthorised automated activity;
• misuse third-party APIs; or
• violate the rules or terms of a connected social media platform.

Third-Party Platforms

WingersTTV relies on third-party services and APIs.

We cannot guarantee the continued availability of any particular integration. Third-party platforms may change their APIs, permissions, limits, policies or availability without our control.

Availability

WingersTTV services are provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every scheduled or submitted post will successfully be published by a third-party platform.

Account Connections

You may revoke or disconnect authorised social media integrations.

Third-party platforms may also revoke or expire authorisations independently.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WingersTTV will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use or unavailability of the service or a third-party integration.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to WingersTTV services, legal requirements, or third-party platform requirements.

The revision date at the top of the page indicates the latest version.
