WingersTTV respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when using WingersTTV services and integrations, including integrations with third-party social media platforms such as TikTok.
Information We Access
When a social media account is connected to our publishing tools, we may receive information made available by the relevant platform's API.
For TikTok, this may include information necessary to identify and connect the authorised TikTok account and to publish content on behalf of that account.
We only request access to information and permissions required to provide the functionality of the integration.
How We Use Information
Information obtained through social media integrations is used solely to provide functions requested by the authorised user, including:
- connecting an authorised social media account;
- displaying basic information about the connected account;
- uploading and publishing content selected by the user;
- scheduling content for publication;
- checking the status of submitted content; and
- maintaining the connection between WingersTTV's publishing tools and the relevant social media platform.
We do not use information obtained through TikTok APIs for advertising profiling or the sale of personal information.
Account Authorisation
Connections to third-party platforms are authorised through the authentication mechanisms provided by those platforms.
Users should not provide their TikTok password directly to WingersTTV. TikTok authorisation is performed through TikTok's official authentication process.
Data Storage
Authentication credentials and access tokens required to maintain authorised social media connections may be stored securely by the WingersTTV publishing system for as long as necessary to provide the integration.
Content uploaded for publishing may also be temporarily or persistently stored as necessary to provide publishing and scheduling functionality.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information obtained through social media integrations.
Information may be transmitted to the relevant social media platform when required to perform an action requested by the user, such as publishing content to TikTok.
Data may also be processed by infrastructure and hosting services required to operate WingersTTV services.
Data Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable service, maintain the authorised integration, meet security requirements, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Users may disconnect an authorised social media account at any time.
Third-Party Services
Our services may interact with third-party platforms including TikTok.
Use of those platforms is also subject to the privacy policies and terms provided by the respective platform.

Security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect authentication details and other information handled by our systems.
However, no Internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
